1
I'm sorry.
2
Yo, is that mold?
3
There's like white stuff coming out.
4
Let me look this up.
5
Okay, so the ooze coming out is actually like, I guess it's called sap.
6
It's like sweetness of the potato.
7
Not mold.
8
Let's try it.
9
very good so we've got purple sweet potatoes tofu pickled onions cooked chickpeas kale and then tahini sauce on top
10
what's good my beautiful family
11
and welcome back to another video today i am going to be taking you through my night routine
12
which is something that was highly requested
13
and I'm actually excited to share it with you
14
because there is a 4 a.m morning routine on my channel
15
but there is not a night routine
16
and I feel like I've mastered down my night routine on how to wake up early
17
and to still have a relaxing but not too long night routine
18
that will really just prepare you and set you up for the day and it starts off by eating some dinner.
19
I like to eat around 6 p.m because I don't like being overly full right before I go to bed.
20
I find it hard to fall asleep and I also wake up feeling not the greatest.
21
I feel like having a consistent night routine is so important.
22
Like I don't have have a good morning unless my night is good.
23
If I'm not prepared and I mentally reset during the night, then in the morning I will feel anxious, I will feel unprepared, and my day doesn't go as well.
24
So this is literally so important that you master down your night routine.
25
Obviously it may be different for you, but to be honest, this is a very simple thing
26
that you should be doing every single day and making it a priority
27
if you wanna stay consistent with your goals and feel energized and ready for the next day.
28
And the thing is, if you feel like you're going through something right now in your life
29
and you don't have consistent habits throughout your night routine, then it's so easy to just fall off track.
30
Like it's so easy if you just get caught up in phone calls with your friends
31
that last for too long or you end up scrolling on social media for too much
32
or you do not prepare your day and have a schedule written out
33
or at least a to-do list
34
so you wake up knowing what you're doing the next day
35
or even simple things like planning out your gym fit the night before
36
so you're not waking up and panicking in the morning if you don't have something.
37
Little things that are actually going to impact your whole morning
38
and your whole day and I'm going to show you everything
39
that you need and I feel like I have genuinely mastered this down.
40
You really just need simple things that are going to reset your mind, get you ready for the next day and feel relaxed.
41
I'm sorry so
42
oh my face is about to start burning oh my god during the winter my skin is actually
43
so dry it's just not it for my hair obviously i can't show this part um i use jojoba oil
44
and then and then I put on the Rosemary Mint Hair Strengthening oil
45
and then i'll do castor oil like three times a week
46
but these two i use usually like almost every single night i use this for moisturizing my body
47
which is just shea butter but it's like um this kind of consistency it's like oily low-key so yeah
48
this stuff smells so good i have um my training joggers here sports bra
49
and then i can't decide whether i want to wear this like pinkish vibe
50
or blue literally having a cat or a dog the hair is everywhere i'm gonna be honest,
51
I don't love wearing pink, but I might switch it up.
52
And it's actually very cute in the back.
53
I like like the orange and pink vibe.
54
And I always steam my shirts because I just, I can't stand the wrinkles.
55
The wrinkles on my hijab I'll compromise sometimes.
56
Next, let's
57
go.
58
Okay, I just finished planning out my day and night journaling.
59
The first thing I did was plan out my schedule.
60
I like to do time blocking, so it's literally every single thing that I'm doing time by time,
61
because this honestly just helps me throughout the day and stay more disciplined and know where I'm spending my time.
62
If you don't like time blocking, then I highly recommend you at least write out a to-do list of the things that you have to do tomorrow,
63
so you wake up knowing exactly what it is you're doing instead of like waking up feeling groggy
64
and then that allows for more procrastination because you don't know what it is you're doing that day.
65
So time blocking or planning out a to-do list
66
and then reflecting on your day by night journaling is honestly such a game changer and I highly recommend you try it.
67
I like to do four different prompts so the first thing I write about is an affirmation for the night.
68
So these are like daily things that you can say to yourself like, I'm capable, I'm worthy, I am strong.
69
Or you can do like, I am safe in my space and I'm ready to go to sleep and take on the next day tomorrow.
70
Things that are going to help you instill self-belief.
71
The next prompt I write is what went well.
72
So reflecting on the day, this can be a bit of like a gratitude section for you to just know what exactly went well.
73
The third prompt I write about is what to improve on.
74
So what went wrong?
75
Where did you might have like mess up in the day?
76
How can you improve tomorrow
77
if this is like a bad habit
78
that you keep falling back into then reflect on it
79
and be like you know what this is where I went
80
wrong tomorrow I'm not going to make the same mistake
81
and then the fourth thing
82
that I write about is literally just an open space for me to clear out my thoughts
83
and this allows me to just sleep peacefully not thinking
84
so much about so many things
85
that I might be going through it's hard to sleep whenever you're going through something
86
because it's literally in your mind 24 7 so communicating with yourself
87
and reflecting on how you feel in
88
that space is going to change everything for your you know going to sleep
89
and getting a a night where it feels peaceful
90
and you can finally allow yourself to rest these are majority of the things
91
that i do in my night routine
92
and then i am about to pray right now so um it's the last prayer of the day
93
and then I am gonna go to sleep.
94
Your girl is about to go to sleep.
95
I just finished setting all my alarms.
96
So I set like 10-ish to make sure that I wake up, But I hope you guys enjoyed this video and I hope you find it helpful.
97
And let me know if you implement some of these things into your night routine
98
or if you have already been doing them.
99
I will see you guys next Sunday.
100
It feels so good to say that.
101
And make sure you're subscribed if you haven't.
102
Let me know what else y'all do in your night routine as well.
103
So if you want to put a girl on to something, let me know.
104
But I will see you next Sunday.
105
I love you all so much.
106
you Thank
107
you.

  • Night routine: Rotina noturna (a principal do vídeo!)

  • Comece devagar: Repita frases curtas primeiro, como "I like to eat around 6 p.m."
