Let's do the basics first.

Subject will be plus verb ing.

It's the same for all subjects.

I will be eating.

You will be waiting.

He, she, it will be learning.

They will be sweating.

Sweat.

Sweat is when water leaves our body because we are hot or nervous.

Sweat, not sweet.

We will be talking.

Let's sound natural

and contract i'll be eating you'll heal she'll it'll veil

and wheel whatever speaking we normally contract how do we form the negative just add not

i will not be eating you will not be waiting

and the question form is easy just move will to the front will i be eating

and the rest is clear let's review i have four sentences here i'll do the first one

Positive, negative, and question forms.

I'll be waiting by the bench.

A bench is a chair like this.

I won't be waiting by the bench.

Won't or will not you choose?

move on to why why we use the future continuous i have my timeline for the past the present

and the future let's start with the present, present continuous.

Now, now I am teaching a lesson.

You know the present continuous is for an action happening now.

Let's take this concept and just move it to the past.

At three o 'clock yesterday I was teaching a lesson.

Keep this idea.

Move it to the future.

Tomorrow I will be teaching a lesson at 10 o 'clock.

You can see the future continuous gives us the same idea, the same feeling as a present and past continuous.

Just in the future.

We use this tense to express an action that will be in progress at a time in the future.

Let's do a few examples.

At 8 a .m tomorrow, I'll be sitting in a dentist's chair.

When you get home, I'll be working out in the garage.

Work out means exercise.

Is Professor Hughes in her office?

I really need to speak to her.

She's not in today, but this evening she'll be presenting at the Bright Mind Gala.

You can speak to her then.

And a gala is a formal social event where people receive awards or raise money, things like that.

I can't wait for my vacation.

By this time next week, I'll be lying on a beach

and doing nothing you can see we can have multiple actions at the same time why not

we often use a feature continuous to explain why we are not available

i'm busy i'll be sitting in a dentist chair

i'll be working out she'll be presenting these actions are taking up my time so

if the future continues were a person it would be mr excuse yeah sorry

I can't help you move this weekend

I'll be helping my grandma paint her kitchen next week we'll all be working on an important project

so there will be no time for me to study I'm so tired I hope you'll be cooking when I get home.

With tenses there are usually a few verbs that are really common with that specific tense.

With the future continuous, it's waiting.

This is such a perfect verb because waiting is something that happens over a period of time.

I'll be waiting at the fountain.

When you arrive, I'll be waiting in the parking lot.

Come and find me your host family your host family will be waiting for you at the bus station

when you think about the future continuous think i'll be waiting that should give you the feeling immediately

remember a few minutes ago i said i'll still be filming my lessons

We often use still with the future continuous.

We mean now there is an action and it will continue into the future.

Imagine now it's raining.

If we leave the house at six, it will still be raining.

The rain will continue.

I can't meet you for dinner later.

I'll still be working.
