Hello, welcome back to my slow English vlog.
2
Today, I'm going to be showing you what I eat in a day.
3
I'm not sure why so many people are interested in this topic.
4
Today, I started with buying a juice from the market near my house.
5
This is a carrot and orange juice.
6
I love the combination of carrots with orange juice.
7
The orange juice is sweet and the carrots are creamy.
8
So together it creates a sweet and creamy drink.
9
I also added a scoop of creatine because I normally make a banana smoothie.
10
But today I decided to just stick with my juice.
11
I normally don't eat much for breakfast, but I eat an early lunch.
12
I eat lunch around 11 or 12, usually also something light.
13
Before anything, though, I wake up and I drink water.
14
I usually get hungry around 10 a.m.
15
If not earlier, like 9.
16
I'm not starving, but I'm getting hungry.
17
I'm getting there.
18
I usually don't have an appetite for breakfast, for big breakfasts.
19
Like a lot of people that I know eat eggs for breakfast every morning.
20
But to me, that's a little bit too heavy.
21
It makes me feel nauseous a little bit to think of eating eggs first thing in the morning.
22
I need my smoothie, my banana smoothie,
23
you guys know, and or or a juice, something light.
24
Something light in the morning satisfies me.
25
And after this, I have an appointment at the dermatologist to check my skin, my acne.
26
Then I'll come home and eat a salad that I have in the fridge.
27
It's been waiting for me.
28
So I'm excited because today my lunch is prepared.
29
Usually I have to prepare everything on the day or at the moment, but I'm excited for this salad.
30
I'll show you guys a sneak peek of my lunch.
31
I'm so excited.
32
I bought this yesterday for dinner or no for lunch
33
but it's so big I didn't finish it
34
and I knew I was like I'll have lunch for tomorrow as well
35
and I also have a leftover coffee so I'll I'll be having this later for lunch as well.
36
Although I am feeling a little peckish, like I could eat something very light.
37
I think I'll need it because I'm biking, I'm taking the bike to the dermatologist
38
and I might be hungry when I get there
39
and then I'll be like grumpy or in a bad mood because I'm hungry.
40
Maybe I could make a smoothie.
41
I could have a smoothie and a juice.
42
That sounds good, right?
43
Let's do that.
44
So let me show you guys once again everything I add.
45
It's 9.30 right now.
46
I need to hurry if I'm going to make it to my dermatologist appointment it.
47
So let's do this quick.
48
One banana, a handful of spinach.
49
By the way, guys, look at this cheesecake.
50
It's so cool.
51
Look at that.
52
It's so cool.
53
I got this yesterday for dinner.
54
Well, like for dessert.
55
It looks better than it tastes.
56
It doesn't taste that good, but look how amazing that looks.
57
I had to try it.
58
I might have this for dessert in the afternoon.
59
Then I usually add creatine, but I obviously already added creatine to my juice, so there's no need.
60
I'll just add some kefir.
61
I love kefir.
62
And half the spoon of this protein, the blueberry flavor.
63
It's really good. And that's it.
64
Now we blend.
65
And I just drink it straight out of the blender.
66
I thought I wasn't going to have my smoothie today, but I ended up having it.
67
Is there anything that you think you won't do, but you always end up doing?
68
Tell me in the comments
69
or yeah tell me in the comments now i love my banana smoothies with protein powder banana spinach peanut butter
70
um because it's filling it's filling keeps me full it doesn't make me feel stuffed to the brim but it's filling.
71
What's a meal you have for breakfast that keeps you feeling satisfied?
72
Not too full, but not too hungry either.
73
All right, guys, I'm going to finish this smoothie, my juice as well.
74
And then I'm going to bike to my appointment.
75
I'll bike back.
76
And then it'll probably be time for lunch because we eat all day long.
77
It's all we do as humans.
78
We just eat and eat and eat and I love it.
79
I love eating so much.
80
It's my favorite part of the day So I'll see you guys at lunch.
81
All right I lock my door I take off my hat and I want to show you guys
82
The facial products that I got for my skin because I've got
83
some irritation like my skin is irritated so i got a prescription from the dermatologist and some expensive facial products
84
as usual so expensive life is expensive
85
while i was out i didn't eat anything i'm very hungry right now
86
because i rode the bike you know it was a lot of energy
87
so let's eat so we're having leftovers like i said a salad
88
and my leftover coffee from yesterday oh and my juice i didn't end up finishing my juice.
89
So, I'll have it now.
90
I love juice.
91
Juice gives me so much more energy than coffee.
92
What's something that gives you more energy than something else?
93
For example, coffee gives me more energy than tea
94
or you could change up the sentence a little bit
95
and say salad is healthier than pizza
96
but pizza makes me feel fuller than salad does switch it up add your sentences in the comments
97
and I'll let you know if you're right or wrong so I want you guys to see my setup here
98
usually i'll put on a youtube video i'm actually learning sign language
99
because i want to be able to like show you guys the real signs
100
so far i learned no yes understand don't understand
101
ask me ask him ask her um teach teacher learn
102
learner person I think that's what it was don't correct me if I'm wrong and
103
nice to meet you I really like that one nice to meet you
104
so I'm learning I'm learning guys I want to show you
105
guys this all in my my videos I want to be
106
able to say to sign correctly for you guys to also learn sign language while you're learning English with me.
107
So I usually just watch a video on YouTube while I eat.
108
That's what I'm gonna do right now.
109
I'm gonna eat my salad.
110
I don't want anything too heavy right now for lunch,
111
but this is actually really filling it's really filling and it's sweet
112
and salty it's got falafel it's got beets
113
it's got mushrooms it's got sweet potato it's got mmm it's
114
got some of this I forget what this is called like noodles or like pasta yeah This looks amazing.
115
I'm so excited.
116
So this is lunch, guys.
117
Coffee, juice, leftover salad.
118
Everything's leftover.
119
And I will see you guys when I eat next.
120
So guys, I'm about to record an episode for the Slow English podcast.
121
And I'm snacking a little bit.
122
These are like dried strawberries with like spicy stuff on them.
123
They're so good.
124
These ones are my favorite.
125
Then there are these ones.
126
their mangoes and chileas.
127
Amazing.
128
And finally, cherries.
129
Ugh. So good.
130
But the best part is the combination of these three.
131
Amazing.
132
But yeah, so that's what I ate.
133
I'm snacking on right now before my video.
134
And then, after this, maybe I'll make some dinner and I'll show you guys.
135
All right, see you later.
136
Hello.
137
I'm done recording.
138
You guys might think that this is early, too early to be having dinner, but I have early dinner.
139
What can I say?
140
So I'll show you guys what I have for dinner and then maybe I'll have a snack at night.
141
But yeah, right now I'm hungry, so I decided to eat.
142
So I'll show you guys what I eat.
143
All right, guys, let me show you what I have here
144
because this is an interesting mix that I'm about to make
145
that is actually very famous with the people that know me
146
because I eat this every single day every day I'm not
147
I'm not kidding I'll give you guys instructions on how to make it
148
but basically these are the ingredients okay so we have spinach frozen tuna,
149
one avocado, one lime, a little bit of like a little sliver I think,
150
a slice of purple onion, and some broccoli.
151
We're gonna make the best combination ever, ever.
152
So we'll start with our pan.
153
So I start by chopping up my garlic.
154
I usually have music on and I'm dancing while I cook
155
but YouTube demonetized me in my last video so I have to be careful now.
156
There we go.
157
So in my pan I'll put one scoop coconut oil.
158
I'll just use all of it whatever.
159
Spoons I got from Thailand.
160
I love these spoons.
161
And then we heat this up for a little bit.
162
So, while the coconut oil is heating up, I'm pretty sure I've shown you guys this before.
163
Like I eat this a lot.
164
Just a little slice of, I don't know, is this red onion or purple onion?
165
Actually I'm not completely sure.
166
I don't know why.
167
I think I call this red onion, right?
168
I don't know.
169
I think I've always said this in Spanish, cebolla morada.
170
Is this purple onion or red onion?
171
I don't know.
172
Sorry guys.
173
I don't know in English because I've only ever said them in Spanish.
174
Mix it up until it's all golden.
175
Now let's move over here.
176
I'll chop up some broccoli.
177
Just into little pieces here.
178
Guys, tell me what songs you're listening to lately.
179
I've been listening to Latin Mafia and Rusowski way too much.
180
I feel like everybody's tired of being around me because I just listen to that all day.
181
It's getting really annoying.
182
But I love them.
183
I love their new album.
184
I love their old albums.
185
It makes me really happy.
186
Okay, so we got this going.
187
I'm going to turn down the heat just a little bit.
188
I usually like to just put stuff away as I go.
189
so it's not too much.
190
Alright, now we get our next pan.
191
Next pan.
192
Set this on a burner.
193
Alright, I'm looking for the best angle for you guys.
194
And now I'm going to get some of this tuna, and we're going to put this in here so that it can start melting because it's frozen, you see?
195
It's frozen.
196
This weekend was really fun.
197
I went to see some friends in my hometown that I hadn't seen in a really long time.
198
Today was like such a great day.
199
I didn't do much.
200
Like I just hung out.
201
You know, I went to my dermatologist appointment.
202
The thing is like I was feeling a little sick.
203
Oh yeah, so after lunch actually, I was having my salad.
204
And then all of a sudden I just like started feeling this deep, deep pain here in my shoulder.
205
And it just like went all the way around
206
to the other side
207
and like my whole back was just like cramped up I
208
was like I couldn't move I like I grabbed my computer
209
and like I walked to the bed I was like I was like screaming the whole time
210
and then finally I laid down
211
and I was just like I laid there with my computer
212
and it really hurt like I was actually like moaning in pain for a
213
while just like uh
214
and then finally like um after maybe like 10 minutes of laying there it went away
215
and it was okay i thought i was gonna have to
216
like put like icy hot do you guys know what icy hot is it's like the cream that's like icy
217
but it's also hot you know what i'm talking about
218
and then i thought i needed ibuprofen
219
but i was okay i felt better just like
220
that all right let's put this lid on
221
and then warm this up a little to kind of defrost it
222
but yeah so that happened and then i just worked on my computer i actually i I recorded, well, I wrote a lot.
223
So like I was looking at a lot of YouTube videos, channels, like getting inspiration from these people.
224
And then, you know, I remembered like what I should be doing and I should be making more positive content, you know, more talking about the good side of things
225
and like kind of sharing my mindset with you guys because I know that's what you love.
226
Like you love my videos because of that.
227
So I was thinking, I'm like, I think I need to continue like thinking of better ideas
228
and like better scripts and more original content
229
and also I was thinking of different ways to to make the classes the videos engaging
230
and fun and you can learn something from them to also have a good time you know
231
so yeah it was really nice I wrote a lot and then I recorded like three videos
232
and then what else did I do I finished a lot of different chores
233
that I had to do like with the bank
234
and with different like ads and sponsorships and emails and stuff
235
and yeah I just did that and now it's time to eat.
236
I'm excited.
237
I didn't go to the gym.
238
I usually feel really guilty about not going to the gym but I feel okay right now.
239
If you guys understood this you guys are at an amazing level by the way because I'm speaking really fast.
240
I'm sorry.
241
I'll speak slower.
242
Almost done guys.
243
It's almost done.
244
So you guys know this is my bag of chapulines.
245
Insert a chapuline.
246
They're crickets.
247
I love crickets.
248
They're salted, they're delicious, they're amazing.
249
But I sprinkle some sesame seeds, Semillas de girasol in Spanish, sesame seeds in here.
250
Mmm mmm mmm.
251
And then, I add a little sprinkle of crickets on top.
252
And a little handful of spinach, of course.
253
So, with the limes, you want to roll them up.
254
get those juices ready to be squeezed out
255
so cut my lime all done yeah you guys know I
256
love lime I cannot live without lime I love lime live
257
lime loves me oh yeah that's a good one I love lime
258
and live lime loves me like this video and subscribe to my channel to learn with me every single week
259
this is how you could be learning English.
260
Learn English with me.
261
You won't regret it.
262
Yay!
263
Let me show you guys what that looks like.
264
So that's like the meat right now.
265
It's like tuna and shrimp.
266
I'll come back when it's done, guys.
267
See you in a little bit.
268
Okay, guys.
269
I'm back.
270
I put on music, unfortunately.
271
And I was
272
you know swaying a little bit moving my shoulders
273
but I realized I can't my neck is starting to hurt again ah it's really sore I think yesterday it's
274
because I did a workout and I didn't properly stretch
275
so yeah it's a little sore I think come yeah that's too bad
276
that sucks but hey that's alright I can dance any other day of the week.
277
And that way I can show you guys.
278
Ooh, it's ready.
279
Okay, this has a little bit left, but it's also almost done.
280
Now, while I wait for that last little bit to be done, I always like to make my bowl.
281
So I grab a bowl.
282
Sorry, guys, I can't really turn.
283
I grab a little bit of an avocado.
284
Okay, how about there?
285
I'm squatting.
286
Now, with my avocado, we slice it in two, and we scoop out the insides.
287
Okay, and then, I use a full avocado always, because one half is not enough.
288
So, we get the core out.
289
You gotta go in hard.
290
Boom.
291
Like a pro.
292
I eat avocados every single day.
293
One at least.
294
At least one every day.
295
And now we mash this up as this is literally the best meal ever.
296
You'll see.
297
Get it all mashed up to perfection.
298
So we just go ahead and add our veggies to that mix.
299
To our avocado mashed.
300
Our mashed avocado bowl.
301
You guys know I eat this every single day.
302
It's actually just like a joke at this point.
303
and we have some of this but I don't add all of it because you don't really need all of it
304
I feel like it's too much if you add all of it
305
so I like add half and then we squish that up
306
it's a little bit too big this time it's okay look at
307
that beautiful beautiful wow and today I'm feeling a little crazy so let's add in some of these crickets
308
mmm my favorite favorite part of the day
309
when I get to eat this avocado bowl sit down
310
and watch YouTube whoo it's like there's nothing better in the world right now oh get broccoli tuna spinach avocado.
311
Mmm, mmm.
312
It's cooking.
313
Mmm.
314
Mmm.
315
Amazing.
316
Salmas.
317
I just love these.
318
They're so simple.
319
You know, it's just like to add a little bit of texture.
320
It's just like a little crunch.
321
So like if I just make a little something here, add everything to it, and then squeeze some lime.
322
Thank me in the comments after you've tried this bowl.
323
Insane.
324
It doesn't have to be broccoli.
325
It doesn't have to be spinach.
326
It doesn't have to be tuna, even.
327
It's just an avocado bowl.
328
I just mix all my favorite things in there, and I love it so much.
329
Guys, thank you for watching.
330
Thank you for joining me today.
331
You guys made my day.
332

333
We ate together.
334
We had breakfast, snacks.
335
Well, we had breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner together.
336
Maybe I'll show you if I have something else, but usually it's just like Doritos or something, like chips at night.
337
But yeah, thank you guys for joining me.
338

Что такое техника Shadowing?
