“as … as” 比较

用 as + 形容词/副词 + as 表示两者相等。加上 not 就表示不如。中间的形容词保持原级（不加 -er，不加 more）。

💡要有两个 as：as tall as my dad。第二个词不是 than，也不是 like。

1. 两者相等——加上 just 强调“完全一样”

• Your English is as good as mine.

  你的英语和我的一样好。

• Hue is just as beautiful as Hoi An.

  顺化和会安一样美。

2. 不如：not as … as——比 less … than 更委婉、更自然的说法。在否定句中有时还会看到 not so … as，意思相同。

• This coffee isn't as strong as the one at home.

  这咖啡没有家里的那么浓。

• The test wasn't as difficult as I expected.

  考试没有我预想的那么难。

3. 和副词连用：比较人们做事的方式

• Thao sings as beautifully as her mother.

  阿草唱歌和她妈妈一样好听。

• I can't run as fast as you.

  我跑得没你那么快。

4. as much / as many——比较数量：much + 不可数名词，many + 复数名词

• I don't earn as much as my brother.

  我挣的没有我哥哥那么多。

• There aren't as many rice fields as before.

  稻田没有以前那么多了。

5. as … as possible / as … as I can——尽最大可能

• Please send me the report as soon as possible.

  请尽快把报告发给我。

• I ran as fast as I could.

  我拼尽全力地跑。

三倍及以上时，也可以说 three times bigger than / three times more expensive than——这非常常见。但两倍要用 twice as … as（大多数母语者觉得 twice bigger 听起来不对）。

• The bus ticket costs half as much as the train ticket.

  公交车票的价钱是火车票的一半。

• The new bridge is three times as wide as the old one.

  新桥的宽度是旧桥的三倍。

要说两者完全相同，用 the same (+ 名词) as——不用 like。

• Your phone is the same as mine.

  你的手机和我的一样。

• Hoa was born in the same year as me.

  阿花和我同一年出生。

第二个 as 后面的用法和 than 后面一样：用 me、him、her（口语），或 主语 + 助动词（I am、she does）。助动词的时态必须正确。

• He isn't as patient as me. = He isn't as patient as I am.

  他没有我那么有耐心。（两种说法意思相同）

• Today I'm not as busy as I was yesterday.

  今天我没有昨天那么忙。（不说：as I'm yesterday）

💡完全相同的东西用 the same as（My bag is the same as yours），相似的东西用 like（She looks like her mum）。不要把两者混成 “the same like”。

• ✗My room is as big than yours.

  ✓My room is as big as yours.

  as … as，不用 than。

• ✗This bag is as heavier as that one.

  ✓This bag is as heavy as that one.

  两个 as 中间用形容词原级。

• ✗My brother is as tall like my father.

  ✓My brother is as tall as my father.

  第二个词也是 as。

• ✗This flat is as twice big as ours.

  ✓This flat is twice as big as ours.

  twice 放在第一个 as 前面。

• ✗Nam doesn't speak English as fluent as his sister.

  ✓Nam doesn't speak English as fluently as his sister.

  修饰动词 → 用副词。

• ✗Your bag is the same like mine.

  ✓Your bag is the same as mine.

  the same 和 as 连用。
