I saw this happen multiple times in the Air Force, where somebody worked two weeks on their PowerPoint, they came and gave their big presentation,

and at the end of the presentation, they look at the audience, they said, Spears?

spears they literally say throw spears at my work so

so we just adopted spears yeah and

so now in my in at work anybody who presents anything an idea uh whatever

it is they will say spears um

or you know somebody to say I got a spear for you you know

and so we now have this culture where we're we are criticizing

but we're not criticizing you we want to make

this better right us versus the problem not us versus each other right

and this magical culture where people do not mind sharing things imperfectly

because they know that we have this culture of spears are good
