We only have about two weeks left until we begin fall.
7
I say fall more because I am from the United States.
8
In the United Kingdom, they use autumn more frequently,
9

34
vegetable soup, butternut squash soup.

93
And I also like watching soccer during the fall.
94
For me, fall is the start of the holiday season and I think that is so exciting.
95
First there is Halloween which is such a great holiday
96
and I will have to do an episode only on that one along with Thanksgiving.
97
Both of these holidays are so much fun and a great way to celebrate the season.
98
I am very lucky that I have great opportunities to celebrate both Halloween and Thanksgiving,
99
even though I live in Spain.
100
Where I live, Halloween is actually a very fun event and everyone gets into it.
101
And on Thanksgiving, I like to have a party at my house where I invite other American families
102
so we can celebrate all together.
103
In Spain, where I live, there are also some very typical foods which are really delicious in the fall.
104
One of them is roasted chestnuts.
105
They roast the chestnuts in the street and they give them to people in a cone of newspaper.
106
So whenever you hold those chestnuts, they warm up your hand and it feels so cozy.
107
They are also super soft, slightly sweet, and delicious.
108
They also roast sweet potatoes.
109
This is my favorite way to eat sweet potatoes is whenever they are roasted whole they caramelize
110
and get very sweet and I think they taste so delicious.
111
So the change of season summer to fall is definitely my favorite change of season in the whole year.
112
I would really love to know what's your favorite change of season or what do you like about fall?
113
