Beyond partnerships between individual universities and businesses, a new model is emerging in Western Hanoi.

Launched in May, this initiative brings together the city,

Vietnam National University and Hoa La Cai take part to develop a science and innovation district where students,

researchers, Startups and technology companies can collaborate in one location.

Our goal is not only to attract more high -tech companies to invest in Hòa Lạc Hightech Park, but also to generate tangible value for the economy.
