形と使い方
myself, yourself, themselves, by myself, each other — 主語と同じ人を指す
1.形
再帰代名詞は -self（単数）か -selves（複数）で終わります。you には2つの形があります：1人なら yourself、2人以上なら yourselves です。

hisself、theirselves、ourself は標準的な英語ではありません。注意：myself, yourself, herself, ourselves は my / your / her / our をもとにしていますが、himself と themselves は him / them をもとにしています。
2.どんなときに使うか
1. 主語と目的語が同じ人のとき
I cut myself while I was cooking.
料理中に手を切ってしまいました。
Lan looked at herself in the mirror.
ランは鏡に映った自分を見ました。
Minh blamed himself for the accident.
ミンはその事故を自分のせいだと責めました。（ミンがミン自身を責めた）
Minh blamed him for the accident.
ミンはその事故を彼のせいにしました。（him = 別の人）
2. よく使う決まった表現：enjoy yourself（楽しく過ごす）、help yourself（自由に取って食べる）、make yourself at home（自分の家のようにくつろぐ）、introduce yourself（自己紹介する）、behave yourself（行儀よくする）
We really enjoyed ourselves in Da Lat.
ダラットでは本当に楽しく過ごしました。
Please help yourselves to some fruit.
果物をご自由にお取りください。
Let me introduce myself. I'm Hoa.
自己紹介させてください。ホアです。
3.「ほかの誰でもなく、その人自身が」と強調するとき — ふつうは文の最後か、その人のすぐ後ろに置きます
Did you make this cake yourself?
このケーキ、自分で作ったんですか？
The manager herself came to say sorry.
店長本人が謝りに来ました。
3.by myself と on my own
by myself / by yourself… と on my own / on your own… は「一人で」または「誰の助けも借りずに」という意味です。2つの意味は同じです。
My grandpa lives by himself in the countryside.
祖父は田舎で一人暮らしをしています。
Can you finish your homework by yourself?
宿題を一人で終わらせられますか？
I like travelling on my own.
私は一人旅が好きです。
助けを借りずに何かをしたと言うとき、英語ではよく -self を使います：独学する = teach yourself、自分で修理する = fix it yourself。by の後ろは -self の形にします：by myself（by me ではない）。
4.themselves か each other か
themselves / ourselves = それぞれが自分自身にその動作をする。each other = それぞれが相手にその動作をする（お互いに）。
Lan and Mai looked at themselves in the mirror.
ランとマイは鏡に映った自分の姿を見ました。（それぞれが自分を見た）
Lan and Mai looked at each other.
ランとマイは見つめ合いました。（ランがマイを、マイがランを見た）
My parents love each other very much.
両親はお互いをとても愛しています。
5.再帰代名詞を使わないとき
- feel, relax, concentrate, meet の後ろには、ふつう -self を使いません：I feel great（I feel myself great ではない）。
- wash, shave, dress のような毎日の動作では、ふつう -self を省きます：I got dressed and left. 頑張ってできたことを強調するときだけつけます（My little son can dress himself now）。
- 場所を表す前置詞の後ろでは、ふつうの目的格を使います：She put her bag next to her（next to herself ではない）。
Sit down and relax.
座ってリラックスしてください。（relax yourself とは言わない）
Let's meet outside the cinema at seven.
7時に映画館の前で会いましょう。（meet ourselves とは言わない）
6.よくある間違い
He fixed the bike by hisself.He fixed the bike by himself.
hisself は標準的な英語ではありません。
They enjoyed theirselves.They enjoyed themselves.
正しい形は themselves です。
Did you enjoy at the party?Did you enjoy yourself at the party?
enjoy には目的語が必要です：enjoy yourself / enjoy the party。
I feel myself tired.I feel tired.
feel の後ろに myself は使いません。
Nam and Lan love themselves.Nam and Lan love each other.
相手を愛している → each other。
Help yourselfs to some cake.Help yourselves to some cake.
複数：-self → -selves。

- Minh, be careful with that knife. Don't cut yourself!
- My grandmother lives by herself in a small house.
- I taught myself to play the guitar.
- The children made dinner all by themselves.
