Lezione 23 · Tappa 2: Parole di tutti i giorni: pronomi, articoli, preposizioni

Preposizioni di luogo: in / on / at

Principiante

Prepositions of place: in / on / at

Forma e uso

in the box, on the wall, at the door, next to, between, opposite — dire dove si trova qualcosa

1.In, on, at: tre idee di base

  • Write your name at the top of the form.

Stare a casa si dice at home: senza the, e non in home. Andare a casa si dice go home; vedi la lezione “Preposizioni di movimento: to / at / in / into”.

3.In o at: città ed edifici

Città e paesi → sempre in: in Hue, in Japan. A casa di qualcuno: at Lan's (house), at my grandma's.

  • I'm at the bank. I'll call you back.

Sono in banca. Ti richiamo dopo.

  • It's really cold in the cinema, so bring a jacket.
